A contemporary renovation transforms this original Spanish Colonial abode into a chic home finished with a modern Melbourne edge.

 

Materiality and design detail were highly considered when selecting the window furnishings. A beautiful textured Sheer Curtain with the natural feel of linen features in the dining and kitchen entertaining space - the heart of the home. Lined Curtains of the same fabrication were placed throughout the bedrooms where the weighted hem allows for the perfect drape. For a cohesive feel to the characteristics of the original architecture Timber Plantation Shutters were also selected for the windows with the added benefit of durability and light filtering capabilities.
